Introduction

This machine is for C-type ampoule filling and sealing. It uses step forward transmission system. 45 degree incline. It makes bottle feeding, air inflation, filling, pre-heating, sealing automatically. It can be used in single, also can be connected with washing machine and tunnel oven as a line.

This machine use the movable toothed plate for bottle transportation, which has fast up moving and slow down moving. It makes the toothed plate have long transportation distance, which can make the bottle has enough time staying on the plate, so as to improve the working efficiency of the whole machine. Clutch is equipped under the bottle feeding hopper. It can stop the bottle transportation without stop the machine. Be easy for control. It uses steel wire rope control the machanical arm on drawbench, which has easy structure. It uses special bottle turning structure at the bottle outlet. It can shorten the machine distance and the working space. It is more convenient for using at site.

• Installation & Commissioning

After all equipment arrive at user’s factory, the packing should be opened to check goods amount, seller

technician will guide the installation, commissioning and trial run. During installation and commissioning, seller is responsible for providing relevant spare parts. Buyer is responsible for engineer air ticket,local food and hotel.

• Training

Seller takes charge of providing technical training to buyer. Training contents equipment structure,

maintenance, control and operation. Buyer’s technician can master relevant operation and maintenance skills, adjust technics skillfully and hands faults in time

• Warranty

The warranty time is 12 months since acceptance of the equipment or 15months since deliver to loading port

After warranty, seller can provide comprehensive and favorable technology support.

• Packing&Transportation

Seller should use new and firm special packing cases according with china quarantine standard,which are suitable for long distance transporation, antirust and damp proof.
